MERIDIAN One Residence（架空デモ）

このページは「HP Factory」が制作したスクロール駆動ウォークスルー演出のデモです。掲載している住宅名・間取り・数値・連絡先はすべて架空であり、実在する物件・事業者とは関係ありません。ここから下は、演出が読み込めない環境でも内容が伝わるよう、通常のHTMLだけで書いた案内です。JavaScriptを止めても、この帯より上の情報とあわせて読めるようにしています。

建築ウォークスルー系のホームページは、動画やスクロール演出だけで完結させると、電波の弱い場所や検索エンジン、読み上げソフトからは中身が見えなくなってしまいます。演出はそのままに、事業者名・サービス内容・連絡先・所在地といった実務情報を通常の文章として下に置いておくことで、演出が主役の1ページと、情報を探しに来た人の両方に対応できる構成にしています。

Overview / 概要

尾根の上に建つ一棟の住宅を舞台にした、建築ウォークスルー動画の制作デモです。外観・玄関・リビング・寝室・浴室・テラスの6シーンを、スクロールに連動した映像で一続きに見せる構成をサンプルとして作成しています。実際の制作では、依頼主の物件写真・図面・コピーに差し替えて納品します。
